Data health

Two rows on the sales sheet share a name and a job total. If one is a mistake, delete it; if it is a real second job, add the second date so they differ.

The same phone or email appears on several master-sheet rows. Keep the earliest row and move newer notes onto it, or mark the newer row Bad if it was re-entered.

A date is outside 2015 → today, a job ends before it starts, or a follow-up is dated before the lead. Fix the year on the sheet.

A project type was typed into Lead Source (or a source into Project). Move the text to the right column; the source then attributes correctly.

Lead Source text the dashboard cannot map to a channel. Use one of the standard values (Website, Facebook, Internet Search, Referral, Repeat Customer…).

Name, a way to reach the lead, date created, status and lead source should all be filled. Blank source rows cannot be attributed and never earn or lose commission.

Since engagement: date created 134 · lead source 128 · status 46 · phone or email 17 · name 9

A sales-sheet job that matches no master-sheet lead. Add the lead to the master sheet (or accept the suggested match under Needs attention) so the job's revenue and source count.
